Walk the site and read the grade
We scope the work around your hours and access, and we read how the lot falls and where the rock sits, since a sloped lakeside site decides the grading, the drainage, and the base before anything else.
Commercial flatwork that keeps a lakeside lot and its docks working through a Central Texas summer. Poured around your operation, graded and drained for the slope your site sits on, with the documentation procurement and facilities expect.
Parking lots, ADA ramps, curbs, striping, bollards, equipment pads. Tap a tag to see what we pour for commercial sites.
Real Lucky’s Concrete commercial jobs: parking lots, curbs, ADA, interior slabs and more.

Credibility comes from how it's built, not from promises. Here's the order of operations on every commercial concrete job.
We scope the work around your hours and access, and we read how the lot falls and where the rock sits, since a sloped lakeside site decides the grading, the drainage, and the base before anything else.
Thickness, reinforcement, and a mix matched to the loads and traffic, over a base cut into the rock or stepped for the grade, with drainage planned so runoff leaves a sloped lot clean instead of scouring the surface and the base.
Phased pours and cure windows that hold entrances, docks, and lanes open while the job moves, and that lean with the summer heat rather than fight it.
A certificate of insurance, workers' comp documentation, and lien waivers in hand before the first cut of demo.
The job recorded from demo through final cure so facilities and procurement come away with a clean paper trail.
Most contractors vanish after the deposit. We pick up the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work after the truck leaves. The follow-through is the difference.
A foreman we know runs your job and a vetted crew does the work, managed by Lucky's, one company accountable from the first call to the final walkthrough.
COI and lien waivers on file before we break ground. The documentation that lets commercial clients pay and gives homeowners peace of mind.
Prepped subgrade, reinforced and mixed to spec for the job, and proper curing. We build credibility through the process, not promises. On commercial concrete, that starts with walk the site and read the grade.

Commercial concrete is priced per project, and the spec sets it: a mix matched to the loads and traffic, reinforcement, and a base fit to your site, graded and drained for the slope and cut into the rock where it sits shallow. We work up the spec and the price against the real site, not a guess.
Usually yes. We break the work into phases and time the pours and cures around your hours, and around the hottest part of the day, so entrances, docks, and parking keep working. We lay that schedule out with you before we start.
We start by reading the grade, since a lot here can drop toward the water over shallow limestone, then either cut the base into the rock or step and drain it for the slope so runoff does not scour the lot. From there it is thickness and reinforcement set to the load, a planned joint layout, and a managed cure so the summer sun cannot pull moisture out of the slab too fast. Lots and dock aprons take heavy traffic, so the base and drainage matter as much as the mix itself.
Yes. We carry full insurance and supply a certificate of insurance, workers' comp documentation, and lien waivers before any work begins. That is the documentation commercial clients and procurement teams ask for.
Yes. A good share of our commercial work runs through property managers, facilities teams, and GCs, with a single crew answerable from the first call through to the documented hand-off.
We take on anything from one dock apron or equipment pad up through full parking-lot work. Lay out the scope for us and we'll be straight about whether we're the right crew for it.
From single equipment pads and ADA upgrades to full parking-lot tear-out and replacement, we scope commercial work to your site and your hours, phasing pours and keeping access open so tenants and customers aren't shut out. We carry the COI, workers' comp, and lien waivers commercial clients and property managers need on file before we start.
You'll hear back from a real person, usually the same day. No call center, no runaround, no chasing us down.
